Most people seem to forget that anyone can view source of an email (ctrl+U in Mozilla Thunderbird et al)... and it's all there. I never respond to any such mail, but do read the code just to see how far did these guys get. There's still no way to hide a fake URL when you can read the source, right? I've traced a few of these to Taiwan, one to Canada, and reported a couple to eBay.
