Actually, I figured this one out. Set the properties of the form that you want to be 'full screen' in VFP so that there is _no_ border and set the top and left to be 0. Then set the _VFP width and height to be that of the form, and voila -- a form that fills the entire VFP window. Of course, be sure to disable the sizeable and maximizable controls on _VFP.
