Just looking at the string you posted:
Provider=VFPOLEDB.1;Data Source=D:\wwwroot\subdomainname.domainname.com\database\mydata.dbc;Password="";Collating Sequence=MACHINE
Your data source is looking at a hard drive D:, not a //computer name/directory name. Are you sure that is what it should be looking at? ISP's to me are web-based (I could be wrong, most of the time) and they like to look at //computername/directoryname, rather then drives.
