How to I disable IE or some of the keys

I heard of policy editing, but did not have a clue as to how to do it. Thanks. I'm still not sure how I would do that with a policy change, but I can play around with it.

So far I have learned how to get it so that I don't have to hit Ctrl-ALt-Del to log on. ;-)
