If you need help with the syntax, there're a number of articles on the MSDN web site. It's really not that much different from VFP, and once you learn them, it's not hard at all.

If you need help, using it from VFP, look at the series of articles that my friend, the late Ed Rauh, and I wrote for the VFUG newsletter beginning in September, 2000.
