Do you have an output config file on disk or are you using the one built into the app?

The error is quite simple and definitely related to ReportOutput code, it's trying to add a member to a collection using a key at that point. However, I see no reason for this to happen *unless* it's having trouble identifying the types of listener associated with each output/listenertype value, which happens in its registry table.


After you do your initial preview, what do you see in

? _oreportoutput["-200"]
