I created a VFP 9 application in Windows 98 with my custom toolbar.
When I run it from VFP 9, my custom toolbar is visible.
When I run a standalone exe file, toolbar is not visible. There is opaque
white rectangle in toolbar area. I already reported this in VFP 9 beta.

How I can run my VFP 9 application in Windows 98 with toolbar ?
