Client has added another criteria that throws your idea out. They want to be able to add incoming emails to the archive.

To my mind that mean then forwarding on an incoming email.

I have managed to get X-Archive-Reference fields in West-Wind email and alos using CDO and Outlook, but It's not 100% yet in Outlook and this new requirement may ruin een that progress!
