Don't know exactly what you intend, but my CurrentControl tip is bound to fail for the same reason why setting fontbold fails: It will apply to the WHOLE column. This is what I figured out in my car, rethinking what I wrote. :)
Why are you so inclined to NOT use the Dynamic Properties?
