I hate to keep bothering you, but is there a way to put records into SQL from a DBF that is faster than Append from and not as complicated as DTS?

Original Question:
I want to take all data from a DBF (defined in a DBC) and put that into an existing SQL table with exact same field names. Append from is terribly slow.

The SQL table will be truncated before the data append.
