But the scroll bars don't show up even if the window is maximized, either at runtime or after being displayed.

I did try putting a NAME clause in the definition statement and then putting a windowname.ScrollBars = 3 (3 is both, 0 is none, and 1 and 2 are the horizontal and vertical only options) before activating or displaying the window.

Sometimes that worked, and other times it wouldn't. I could run the program 10 times, quitting out of Fox after each run, and only have the scroll bars show up 1 or 2 times.
