I have had good luck using the QuickBooks SDK with VFP and find the Intuit msg board helpfull.
If its any help, I have some sample code at my web site. Also found here in UT downloads. Intuit has a downloads section to somewhere for sample code. But not a lot of VFP stuff last time I looked.
