Just realised. The select statement SHOULD be accessing ALL the records that your SCAN does. I didn't realise you're selecting from the same table you're scanning. There's no need to do this repeatedly. You WILL only get the same result each time through the loop. In fact, going through the loop is pointless, or counter-productive. All you should need is:

Select * from tax1 where no=m.no and montno between m.nMin and m.nMax ;
into cursor employees
SELECT EMPLOYEES && for the report
report form coptax111 preview
