A new VFP7 application of medium size and complexity builds with no errors but does not fire up when executed via shortcut from the desktop. The main menu is never called.

Project was built with the wizard and libraries in use include _app, _base, _framework, _reports, _table, and _ui.

I appreciate a response from anyone with experience in solving this problem.
