The record number is the record number in the form whose information is stored in a table. You can open this table with the USE command (USE MYFORM.SCX), then go to that record when you browse the table.

Almost all information is stored in memo fields. This should get you started in trying to find the cause of the error. The usual cause of my errors from this are when I leave a table open exclusively before I run the form.
