I'm pretty sure you can regenerate RI code as often as you like by using
Database -> Edit Referential Itegrity
or
Right-click on relationship line in Database view and select 'Edit Referential Itegrity'

Change something, change it back and exit. FP should ask if you want to generate the RI code.....
