I need to periodically (every hour) send files to the same internet recipient I want to automate this procedure. The files I want to send are always located in the same directory, and will be named in this manner (CP??????*.TXT and CP??????.CMD), and will always be sent to the same internet recipient.

I have MS-Exchange. Is there a way I can implement MS-Exchange or MS-Exchange with any other product to perform this task?
