No, the pictures are assigned to buttons as usual, in form designer. When in form designer, images on buttons are without transparency, but, when form run, if images that are preloaded in image controls in Load (before buttons instantiation) they keep transparency because VFP doesn't load the image again, but use internal cached image.

You can see this very well if you put some image controls on a form and after that, create some buttons with the same pictures on them. The transparency is there. But, if you create buttons first, there is no transparency even on image controls (the cached image is used, I suppose).
