Did you try removing and recreating all your indexes? Also, you may want to post this on one of the SQL Server newsgroups (microsoft.public.sqlserver.*) where some real SQL Server gurus hang out.
Also, do you have SP4 installed for SQL Server? I had some major corruption problems that were fixed by SP4 (it didn't actually fix the corrupted database, but it stopped it from becoming corrupted repeatedly).
