I use the menu pad option, (Format/Comment - Uncomment), which is the same as Sergey's solution after selecting a block of code. I use my initials or notes/dates/reminders in the comment string. Under Tools/Editor/Comment String, you can specify what you want placed in the comment string, (*HBN*, *02/11/05*, *Uncomment 3/1/05*, etc).
