I have a table with many records where three fields contains a job number, job number description, and priority. In some cases the job number is the same while the description is slightly different and priorities may differ. I need to create a set of records with only one job number listed, one of the descriptions(as long as it is not blank) and the priority. I can not get the Distinct option to work and I have ran out of ideas.
