An indid of 0 is reserved for a table that does not have a clustered index. I've got no idea how it could of happen and no idea how to fix it (how's that for honesty <bg>.)
Can you recreate the table? Can you create a clustered index? If so, create the index and then drop it. Hopefully that will recreate the indid 0 row in sysindexes.
