Well, thanks, you are right: this example does work. But my real report does not.

It is (un)forunately <g> too big and complex to try to post it hier. Of course I've found in the meanwhile other ways to do the same - they function in my environment, and it's enough for a moment.

It was important to know, that this is not a general bug and that something at my place is guilty <g>. It's always great to know it.
