You say that it is your market expertise and excellence that gives you the edge. This important point seems to be forgotten by some people who behave as if selection of a development tool is what brings success.

It seems we agree again. Market awareness and experience: difficult to offshore, or even to extend locally. Development manpower under instruction: easier to off-shore and happening every day.
