Thanks all for reply(s). Frankly , I am not sure whether there are advantages of doing things in this way. What triggered this thought is to having certain logic on a server which drives a client wizard-like interface which in turn could be just thin HTML in a browser or Foxpro form.


>Don't see why not (except possibly for the ActiveX). With the right XML schema you could build a XSLT to transform the XML into foxpro class definition code and execute that. The harder part would be translating the class to XML in the first place! But, out of curiosity, what advantages do you see in this (the XML bit) ?
