On a customer machine I get the message

Cannot Execute WPWIN11_Macros.EXE
The program or one of its components is missing or damaged.

while trying to automate WordPerfect via DDE. The WPWIN11_Macros.EXE is not
found on their local hard drives, but it is not found on mine either, and
the automation works fine on mine.

What can I do to fix the customer machine?
