>A form with a grid, by the way, is probably 85% of any VFP UI, including your RIO framework, and if I remember that code, you had 2 grids on 2 forms. High level programming for sure.
RIO Does not have a grid. It has a ocxtreeview, ocxImagecontrol and an ocxtoolbar - and all the classes are PRGs. It also has a hot navigaton function that takes advantage of the HotTracker feature (which means it includes some window API declarations). Oh - Yeah - It is one form with two files - no grids - I use ocxlistview [almost] exclusively - unless the functionality could better be serviced by a grid (one project in the last 5 years). You should read the UT Magazine article the project was attached to.
A form with a grid, by the way, is probably 85% of any VFP UIOnly for C programmers *g that couldn't hack it - or system shop programmers that have to be saved by outside consultants.
There are many VFP developers that have been advising against "grids" for years. I count myself among them. In your apps - maybe it's 85% - but in mine it's almost zero!
While you're pulling your foot out of mouth - you might download it - and see for yourself - fella!
