Ok so I had fallen away from the faithful "happens when one is less than a MERE MORTAL"

Now that I'm trying to become mortal again, can someone who has already "become" tell me how to gracefully capture the time portion of the datetime field? Using the CDateTextBox I don't see a way to easily do that. Seems clunky to force the user to space or move to the beginning of the time portion. And if you press the shortcut keys the time evaporates alltogether.
