If that's your experience then you might as well forget about anything to do with technical merits- the above is dismaying and you have no choice but to move on ASAP. After you've told Ken levy about the above, of course ;-)
IMHO jumpers need to make sure they aren't jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Lots of people here can consider becoming project managers or niche consultants rather than dotNET codeheads competing with graduates at 1/3 the cost in Mumbai.
