I've emailed this to the company dealing with the web service to see what they say. I don't know much about it but I did do a search on google for 'wsdl:service name'.

I went on the 2nd and 3rd site listed and did a search for 'wsdl:service name' and they both seemed to have something similar to the code in the wsdl - don't know what you think. Not heard anything back from the company yet.
