I'm researching the most effective way to manage DB schema changes.
We're housing a web application with a database for each of our clients. They have identical structures (There are various reasons why we chose this design).

When new releases of the app are deployed, we need to make sure that any DB schema changes are made on each database.

I'm evaluating DB Ghost, which seems to do some tasks pretty well.

Are there any comparable products for doing this? I can't seem to find much out there for this sort of thing.

Any input on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
