Thanks for responding to my posting.

I have set NullDisplay = a variety of things during my testing, for example, "" or " ", or even "xxx", but when the data is .NULL., the display is .Null.

I have put a breakpoint in the grid refresh method and examined the textbox controls of the columns. They correctly say NullDisplay = [whatever I have put there], but the Value property says .NULL. and that is what is showing in the grid.

It appears to be ignoring the setting of NullDisplay.

This has me mystified right now.

Any other thoughts?
