If you maybe have ICD 9... it won't do you any good :). All the codes are rearranged in a rather random way. I have the 10, but in Hungarian, and as for Serbian I'm not sure if it's 9 or 10. The ICD 10 ain't much good to Hungarians either, because the first 30% of disease names start with "A ...", which is as if an English dictionary had as many words beginning with "The ..." :)

Try to pull some connections in the social security or whatever you have - I've got mine from there both times. They always have some programmer who's willing to give it away, knowing someone will start sending him floppies instead of papers in due time, and save him from some maintenance.
