John,

>I'm having problems getting the following to work. I have specific subclasses of all the infragistic controls in MM. They are done to be specific controls that I can drop on a form, IE I have an account combo, a location combo, a department combo etc. The subclass loads the grid of the combo with the associated records. I'm having trouble dropping one of these on a form and getting MM to then bind it's primary business object to this combo. I set the BindingValueSource and BindingValueSourceMember to the primary object and field and leave the other 3 binding values blank as I don't really want MM to load the control. this doesn't work though. How can I get this to work?

Are you saying the combo box list is filled, but you can't get the currently selected value to work?
