But all options to cure led to their site asking for credit card information. So I just deleted that file myself and ran Lavasoft (forgot the name right now). It showed this program as spyware and didn't show anything that program found. I did it today at 5 am (just woke up early), so I didn't really investigate, what's going on with my computer.
