Hi friends
we have a client who has been experiencing major go slow while accessing our app (vip). They say that it is taking up to a minute to go from one screen to the other.
i tried following things
1)rebuilt their indexes and they are still having issues today.
2)i have done corruption check but nothing found
BTW client is on a peer to peer network.i thought their network causing the problem so i contacted their hardware guy he gave me following report.

Testing has shown the network performance to be quite fast for server resources, such as browsing the server, except for VIP from the machines reporting problems. Pinging the server from these machines returns a reply in an acceptable time.
We also have a report from the network switch and there isn’t any stand out traffic being sent
he also reviewed DNS and DHCP logs and there have been no recent issues/errors.

i am wondering u guys had faced similar issues before.
