There is a GOOD reason why Install Shield Express is included with VFP. If you don't want to use it, fine, but then you can not expect us to guide you through alternative routes. If you are offered a free first class ticket to Paradise, but you want to walk, you can not expect the airline to give you a map, a list of all the necessary ferries and hotels? If you read through my messages to you, I have answered 99% of the questions you now ask again.

OK, I will be kind, and list which files you must copy to the other computers:

Your EXE
Your tables, unless your program creates them from scratch. With tables, I also mean the memo files and index files. Plus other files you have created, if necessary.

VFP7R.DLL
VFP7T.DLL
VFP7ENU.DLL (This is the english runtime version) See http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFP7RuntimeFiles for other languages.
MSVCR70.DLL

Note that VFP7R.DLL and VFP7T.DLL must be registered on the computer, this registration is handled automatically by Install Shield Express. But if you want to do it differnetly, you must make sure that they are registered.

But both must reside on the CD you create. Both how to get the data files, the EXE, runtime files and other files from your machine to the installation CD, and how to create the installation itself, is described in help. Creating an installation CD the first time is a two-three day trial-and-error process, but you really MUST read the documentation carefully to understand how to do it, and why you must do it that way.
