I dont know if this is going to be any help to you...
But the way I made the transistion from FoxPro 2.6 For
DOS to VFP was by reading books and following the examples.
I looked for a good Beginners to Intermediate book and worked from
cover to cover. I think what also helped me was I had some C++
experience.
