In the PCONSOLE (if I am not mistaken :) set up your intended printer
but make sure that it is stated to be attached remotely, because if you
specify Local, Novell would think it is local to the File Server.
Assign this printer to be served by one of the queues (it's easier to
specifically create a separate queue for this printer)

On the workstation that the printer is attached to, issue:
RPRINTER ?

This will give you the exact syntax for activating remote printing :)
Once known, you can either incorporate this statement into
AUTOEXEC of this workstation, of make that workstation
unattended by creating a login script for it and storing the remote
printing initialization statement into it.
