I want to use pixels with the define menu shortcut instead rows and columns. Is it possible or how can i achieve it?

Eg: DEFINE POPUP dailygrid from 2,2 shortcut
it uses row,col in foxels and would differ if there is a change in font size.

how i manipulate the popup as if it was a object ? eg: wname.left = 2,...

Or is there any product that offers it ?
