Did you read the documentation?

Outlook Redemption needs to be called directly, so in stead CreateObject("outlook.application") you use CreateObject("Redemption.SafeContactItem"), CreateObject("Redemption.SafeMailItem"), CreateObject("Redemption.SafeCurrentUser") or CreateObject("Redemption.MAPIFolder"), depending on which functions you need. You normally won't have to CreateObject("outlook.application") at all.
