Search Google for
pdf ghostscript. I didn't use it, but I understand that it is supposed to install a printer driver that, instead of printing, will redirect output to a PDF file - from any program. Therefore, if you manage to make it work at all, you will probably want to use it in combination with the regular FRX reports.
