Question regarding Business Rules,

I have 2 tables one is the parent table lets call it "Table1" the other is a lookup table or child table lets call it "Table2". Table2 contains the rules that apply to table1.

assumptions:

table1 field1 is a bit and has too be set to true if table2 field1 is set to true.

How would you create a business object to handle this, how to you tell the object that the parent field must set to true, and have it show on the winForm next to that field, i have looked at the sample and it is based on the table required fields, i can't seem to wrap my brains around this, any help would be appriciated.
