I thought that all I needed to cover my bases with an application (.exe) was to have the following in my application's folder:

gdiplus.dll - I didn't find this in the common folder off Program Files.
msvcr71.dll
vfp9r.dll
vfp9t.dll
vfp9renu.dll

I also refer to foxtools.fll and have it in the same folder where the exe is executed.

I do not understand why I am getting the error, "API Library not found". Any ideas gentlemen and ladies?
