as Outlook presents it in the 'message list' (centre column of standard display, showing essentially 'headers' of messages)?

My regional settings have the date format set at yyyy/MM/dd, yet Outlook insists on showing me the date as mm/dd/yyyy.

I'd really like to get crappy date displays like that out of my system!
