Thank you - and I totally agree with the "indifference" remedy!
As a child, when I complained to my "nanny" about pain, she would tell me to put a "lighted" match in my mouth. The lesson being that localized pain in one part of "the" body could be remedied through the application of "more" instense pain in another part.

Any remedy that does not suggest this method is certainly welcomed!
