You're right - it does seem a little inconsistent right now. All of this was working perfectly on Win XP Pro. This morning I started this AVFP upgrade to the Win 2000 server. I had run previously a small test to make sure it would work on the server with good results. So, I believe I just need to narrow down the errors at this point. (Part of the challenge is making it a portable solution, so that it can be moved and just work without any hard-coding or required directory structures..)
