I am looking for an active x control that allows control of video files and capture of still photos from the video. Also, the videos are stamped with a measurement as the video is created. They would like to indicate a location on the screen which would automatically advance the video to that point. Does anyone have any recommendations for this?

I have looked at CapturePro, which does everything except the automatic advance.
