For data you could give them a .EXE that just does a BROWSE NOAPPEND NODELETE NOMODIFY.
This would work for source files too (.VCX etc. are just tables) but why would you want to do that? Why would someone who doesn't even have a VFP dev license want to look at VFP source files?
