I'm afraid you must drag&drop each single field. Although you may set an option to use something else than a grid with multiple fields dragged & dropped, this will lead to only one of the controls you choose and that will not be bound to any of the fields dropped on a form.

Anyway, see for yourself:
Tools->Options->Field Mapping->Type "Multiple"->Modify, then change Grid to something else. You won't be happy with it. I'm be happy to be able to design a grid that fast...
